Really nice folks, very helpful for an motorhome newbie like myself!
After reading through the previous reviews, we thought this RV would have been a perfect fit for our trip. We were VERY mislead. The tires that were on the back of the RV, were not only BALD - two of them completely blew (and I mean SHREDDED) 1 hour into our trip.
The Harris’s were so easy to communicate with and answered any questions. They were always available and txt us right back when we had questions. We had a great time and enjoyed their 2nd home. The RV was very clean, comfortable bed and everything we needed for camping was available. Great experience and will definitely rent again next year if available!
We rented the RV for a week on Hilton Head Island and stayed at the Hilton Head Motorcoach resort. The resort was fantastic in terms of location, amenities, staff and sites. The owners were generally great to deal with; good communication and very willing to answer questions and help us get to know the RV. They offered to help us both with setup and pickup which was great.
There are no words that can describe how great Gina and Doug are. The RV is top notch. Any question we had they were just a phone call away. We will defiantly rent from them again. I suggest if anyone is looking to Rent an RV and would like to enjoy their trip instead of having to worry about anything my suggestion would be to Rent From Gina and Doug. Great Great People Thank You Both
