Easy to work with. Responds quickly to questions.
I honestly do not like leaving bad reviews but we did not have a good experience and I feel like it needs to be shared. We initially had a trip booked with Haley last year and then they canceled the booking on us, we had to scramble to find another trailer at the last minute. It is very hard to get a hold of Haley.
Great hospitality
Trailer was very clean and had everything we needed! Owners even had the heat on for us when we got there to pick it up which was perfect when picking it up on a cold night. Highly recommend and will rent again in the future. Thank you Haley!
From start to finish everything went great. Haley was quick to respond to messages. The RV worked perfectly for what we needed. Definitely will rent from Haley again.
