Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking of any kind inside of the camper.
- Pet policy is dogs only.
- Awning must be retracted at night and if there are heavy winds or severe storms in the forecast to prevent damage.
- Ceiling vents must be closed if the renter is not present as rain getting in will cause damage.
- All items must be secured as well as latches locked prior to moving to avoid damage to the items themselves or the camper during travel.
Please note that only the $500 refundable damage deposit and $150.00 non refundable cleaning/prep fee are required.
Dump fee, lost key fee and missing towel fee will only be charged if applicable.
