Minimum renter age of 25
Pets allowed
No smoking allowed
No smoking of any kind inside of the camper.
Pet policy is dogs only.
Awning must be retracted at night and if there are heavy winds or severe storms in the forecast to prevent damage.
Ceiling vents must be closed if the renter is not present as rain getting in will cause damage.
All items must be secured as well as latches locked prior to moving to avoid damage to the items themselves or the camper during travel.

a $100 charge will be added if not at a full hookup site and the tanks need to be dumped by us after your stay. This fee will not be charged if tanks are dumped prior to the camper being returned.
Lost Key - $20
One set of keys (door and hatches) will be supplied to each renter. If keys are lost, there will be a fee for what it costs us to get another set made.
Damaged or unreturned towels - $25
Damaged or unreturned towels will be charged to customer
Camper deep clean - $250
If camper is returned with odors, excessive trash, stains etc. This fee will be applied and deducted from security deposit
