Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking. $500 charge if the trailer smells like smoke.
- 2 potty trained dogs are allowed. No cats. There is a charge $100/per dog. Any pet damage is an additional $100 fee plus cost of repair. No puppy pads.
- It is your responsibility to make sure enough water is used to prevent clogs. If toilet is clogged, there is a $100 fee.
- You must be there at pick up and drop off. If you are not there, you will be charged the abandonment fee of $500.
We understand you want to bring your pet but we need to know your pets are well trained. No potty pads are allowed.
