Our camper is in great and like new condition. It has only been used a couple of time since we bought it. Each bunk will sleep 1 adult/teen or 2 smaller kids, we put the capacity at 8 to account for all adult occupants. Trailer has a weight distributing hitch and will be included with the trailer rental. Pets will be examined on a case by case basis and will be charged a pet fee if approved.
