Overall great rv trailer. Brian took a good amount of time with us reviewing details when we picked up. He showed us how everything worked. He responded to text messages while we had the 2 week rental within 25-48 hours (not super fast but fine). One big issue with the listing is that he only wanted us to go where we could connect to electricity.

We were completely new to renting and RV. Looking around for something under 5000lbs is also a challenge in and of itself. Brian was great to communicate with and really took his time with training on how to use the RV. As well as sharing a number of pro-tips, including his very detailed check-list. It made setup and tear down at the campsite a breeze.
Good
Brian was great, spent about an hour with me going over the trailer and setup. I did my homework before I got there which makes it easier, but even if I didn't you would be ok taking his trailer for the first time. Everything needed for setup and breakdown was included with the trailer.
Where do I begin! This was our first experience with a camper trailer and camping in general. We were ignorant to a lot of things required of our vehicle when we picked up the trailer and saw our hopes of a much needed vacation dwindle before us. Brian saved the day and our vacation! At a fair price and necessary insurance requirements Brian offered his personal truck to pull the trailer.
