- Return the trailer as we gave it to you. Remove ALL trash. Sorry no pets allowed
- - [ ] NO! Feminine products or anything else’s down the toilet other than septic safe toilet paper. If we find other objects you will be charged $300 to have it serviced.
- - [ ] Linens are required for beds, do not sleep directly on Matress’s.
- - [ ] Check out time is at noon make sure the trailer is ready for us at noon.
- Sweep dirt out of trailer before we arrive, steps also.

This was the perfect set up for my 3 grandchildren. The bedroom for them had 3 beds with lots of drawers and storage for their clothes and games. I also like the bathroom next to the master bedroom. This will be my go to trailer to rent for as long as it's available!

As a first time renter, I cannot say enough positive about this experience. Everything was as listed, the owners were very communicative and helpful. They delivered and picked up the trailer exactly as requested. We appreciate their allowing us to share their travel trailer. It made our camping trip possible.
We loved it! When I had a question or was unsure about something Maria was always available to answer my questions. Very clean and comfy!

I love renting from Maria, she is awesome and I love the trailer. The trailer is very spacious and accommodates my family of 4 with room to spare.
Great experience. Owners are quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Bed is a little stiff so bring mattress pads, but other than that, things were great! We would rent again in a heartbeat.
