In addition to a nice camper and good communication, what sets this rental apart are the many personal touches. All we could have wanted was provided, even a bag of really good coffee. They really thought of everything. And when Randy learned that we would be at the campground early, he volunteered to deliver the camper sooner than planned.
This was the simplest trip we have had. Randall had the trailer on-site and setup for us when we arrived and was willing to wait for us when we got caught up in traffic. The trailer worked extremely well for us and allowed us to have a great trip. Thank you, you included everything we needed to make our trip.
We had a great stay. Everything we needed was provided and the drop off and pick up went smoothly. We would definitely rent again with Randall.
