Camper was very clean. Randall is very polite and thourgh explaining everything. 5th year renting from them.
This thing smelled like smoke so badly that my wife refused to sleep in it a second night. Everything we kept in it had to be thoroughly washed. I may have to throw out some luggage (not cheap). I even had to scrub and wash the pack n play that we brought along; its been airing out for 2 days and still stinks. The bedding smells like a mixture of smoke and scented detergent.
This renter did not mention any problem when we delivered and walked through the trailer with him. We do not smoke and do not allow smoking in the trailer. We clean the trailer thoroughly before every rental and launder all the bedding. Afterwards he even commented he didn’t like smelling the laundry detergent we used. We found no cigarette smell after we picked up the trailer.
This was our first time using RVShare.com. So happy we picked Randall's "Hoosier Family Fun Rental." Randall delivered the Camper to our Camp Site and did all the work to safely secure it for our stay. All we had to do was move in.
4th year renting from Randall. Very nice and explains everything really well. Will rent again.
