Our 2022 Dutchmen Kodiak Ultra-Lite 289BHSL Travel Trailer is 30 feet (33 feet with a hitch and rear bumper). It sleeps 6 to 8, or ten adults, depending on how cozy you want to be. The heater and AC keep you comfortable. Smart TV, you can connect with WIFI to your phone and watch YouTube and other apps from the internet.

- Smoking is NOT allowed in any RV. If evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of cigarette smoke or wood smoke, there will be a minimum charge of $750.00 for cleaning and deodorizing the RV.
- Pets are NOT allowed in RV. If there is evidence of pet fur, stains, or scratches, including the smell, there will be a minimum charge of a$500.00 fee. Cleaning fees will apply, starting at $75/Hour.
