The whole experience was great. Initial booking was easy. Communication with owner was great. Pick up and drop off was easy. The camper was clean and well kept. This is a great option for families who just camp once or twice a year.
This is a fantastic camper!! On arrival to pick it up, Troy walked me around it and showed how all of the systems worked and then made sure I didn't have any questions. It pulled quite well behind my F-150 up and down the hills around Petit Jean Mountain. It functioned perfectly and it came equipped with everything necessary to setup and use.
Great experience for us first timers and looking forward to doing it again!!
Renting this RV was a great experience all around! We had no trouble towing it with our 2005 F150. The air conditioner will freeze you out!!! It was 98 degrees on our hottest day camping and we were still having to turn the A/C down at times if we were in the camper for very long. We had some questions upon set up that Troy was very quick to answer. He worked with us on Pick up and Drop off times.
Awesome experience! Troy was very quick to reply and answer questions. The camper was super clean and stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. Just bring your own clothes, bedding, and food and you're set for the weekend. Air conditioner is ice cold. Troy was flexible with pickup and drop off times and did a full walkaround to show us everything we needed to know.
