It was our first time in an RV and the experience was nothing but awesome! It was good not to have to worry about driving and settling things on this first experience. Good communication with Jim, the RV was very cozy and sparkling clean (sheets and towels smelled amazing, btw), and it had everything we needed, from basic kitchen utensils to a Keurig (and even an ice machine!). 5 stars for sure.
The RV is nice and has all the basics available to make a family camping trip enjoyable. The delivery service is AWESOME. Jim ensures that your family and you do not have to hassle with setup or breakdown, like having your motel room delivered to the field. He also ensures that all is operating as it should and that you have a good understanding of operation.

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this RV and it was an easy experience. Jim delivered and set up the unit before w e arrive and took the extra time to explain everything to us. The unit is extremely clean and the three of us all had a large sleeping area to sleep in. Jim goes the extra mile to make the customer happy.
This was a very special occasion for my family and Jim made it happen. I can’t thank him enough he’s the man!
