The condition of the RV when we picked up was VERY dirty - I spent 3 hours cleaning prior to being able to load for our trip. Also, the listing said no linens or kitchen items and cupboards were full of linens and miscellaneous items that I had to bag up and take off. The awning was torn off, refrigerator froze our food. Really a VERY POOR experience!
The RV ran well and served its purpose. We were disappointed to get it and see how dirty it was inside. My recommendation is do not rent this RV from this renter. The pictures are deceiving and you’re not getting what you pay for. There was remnants of stuff left from the past user.
Jim’s RV was great and was our home for 6 days. Pick up and drop off was easy and it was equipped with everything we needed.
2nd time doing an RV rental. Liked other but this was way better. Clean smell and no quirks. If you do not smoke and don't have dogs you'll be pleased that it does not stink. Easy pick up - drives well - had camping chairs - ac/heat worked great.
Jim was great to work with. He had great communication throughout. Pick up and drop off were seamless. RV ran great and was everything we needed. We will rent again for sure!
Jim made it very easy to pick up everything was ready and communicated very well. It was a pleasure.
