I want both the renter and I to be clear and satisfied with the RV. RV will be restricted rentals to the West Coast ONLY meaning CA, OR, WA and possibly UT/NV depending on rental time and number of renters.
Deep cleaning done after and before EVERY rental!!! Please read the following for procedures that both renter and owner WILL perform for EACH rental.

Bob was a great host. He even sent us out with some of his award winning flowers in the RV prior to us arriving. He did a great job and showing us all the ropes before we took off ensuring we felt comfortable driving the RV. When we return next year for a trip we will be sure to look up Bob again.
Matt, I really do appreciate your mechanical engineering skills in figuring out how to keep the water from freezing in Lake Tahoe cold. I like returning renters and there is sooo much to see on the West Coast, including CA various microclimates (Ocean, Mountains, Deserts and National Parks). I still have a few places that I still want to visit IN Cali {North and South).
This man knew his rv had a co2 leak. He almost killed my one year old daughter, my elderly mother, my sister and myself. If I could post videos and pictures of the proof I would! BE AWARE! This rv is NOT safe. The owner is a narcissist
The RV was NOT leaking propane before or after the trip. The RV was looked at by a certified repair facility and there was zero leaks inside the RV.

Great experience overall. Robert was very helpful. RV runs great we spent 2 weeks on the road without any issues. RV is spacious and well equiped - we did not need to buy anything. V6 engine runs great no need to worry during incline rides. RV was well prepared. Thanks to Robert we had great vacation!

Renting from Robert was a great experience. Went above and beyond to work with me in making sure I had everything I needed for the trip. The video call to familiarize me with the RV saved a lot of time at the time of pickup.
