Our 2022 Heartland Wilderness Ultra Lite is 30 feet (33 feet with a hitch and rear bumper). It sleeps 4 to 6, depending on how cozy you want. The heater and AC keep you comfortable. With a Smart TV, you can connect WIFI to your phone and watch YouTube and other apps on the internet.
Full propane tanks are added to the rental—no need to refill them upon return.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Drivers have to have the insurance required and make sure not expired. If the driver is in an accident or damages the RV trailer, driver insurance will cover the damage.
- Cleaning: cleaning fee optionally. If you didn't pay for cleaning, make sure you need clean. Please clean the RV trailer Inside and outside. If you drive on dust and need to pressure washing, please
- A speed limit of 55 is required to save a life, and the wheel is in excellent condition. Thank you The late return fee may be an additional $100 charge
- Smoking is NOT allowed in any RV. If evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of cigarette smoke or wood smoke, there will be a minimum charge of $750.00 for cleaning and deodorizing the RV.
- Pets are NOT allowed in RV. If there is evidence of pet fur, stains, or scratches, including the smell, there will be a minimum charge of a $500.00 fee. Cleaning fees will apply, starting at $75/Hour.
