Victoria communicated super-duper well before and during the trip. Pickup was very smooth and easy (at Kona Intl Airport). There was a small disconnect on some of the items included in the van at pickup, but Victoria worked to make it right immediately.. awesome! Van was as listed and drove great. Excellent option for transport and accommodation on The Big Island.
Wow what a wonderful vacation! Victoria was very accomodating on the pickup and drop off, working with our flight schedules. The camper van was super clean and had most everything we needed and more! The yummy juices in the cooler were a nice plus. Victoria had great communication during our entire 2 week trip. Loved every minute!
Victoria was absolutely the best!! She was so helpful and answered all our questions. The van was spotless and very comfy! We will definitely rent the van again on our next excursion to Hawaii!

Travelling with Victoria’s van has been a pleasure. The van is equipped with all the necessary stuff, including some special attentions plus "The Ultimate Guidebook of Big Island" by Andrew Doughty, which has become our main reference. The van was in excellent condition and impeccably clean. Communication with Victoria and her husband Bill has been always easy.
We had a great time on the Big Island with Victoria's van. It is very clean and spacious. The mattress is comfortable, there is a moscito net in the back so you can leave the rear open at night, and there is a good amount of lights and outlets.
The van does not feel too crowded even with all the additional things like cooking equipment, chairs etc. Everything is well organized and thought out.
