You are a great repeat renter that knows how to use an RV properly anda pleasure to have as our guest on a frequent basis.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Rentals are only available for renters that will be using an RV site with Power and Water at a minimum, but would prefer Sewer hook up as well.
- Any renter that misrepresents their rental location and uses the RV to Dry Camp or Boon Dock without prior authorization will be subject to a non-negotiable $200 cleaning fee.
Please make sure you verify that your vehicle has a 2" ball, can tow 3500Lbs, and also that you have an electric brake installed. We cannot rent trailer to incompatible vehicles that do not have proper set up for towing trailers. **ALSO** ALL RENTALS MUST INCLUDE INSURANCE
