Inga was fantastic to work with and made the experience seamless and stress free.
The RV was dropped off with an empty fresh water tank and a partly full grey water tank. This was very disappointing, since I was dry camping for 4 nights. I rented an RV in large part to be able to wash dishes and use the toilet, so having no water was a major problem.
I do apologize about this circumstance! My ignorance on dry camping was evident you were my first request for this and I haven't in the past filled up the tank unless requested. Black tank was empty turns out there was something just tripping the sensor. All has been fixed. Now I know and it won't happen in the future!
This trailer was great for my husband and I for the weekend, Inga was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.
Shower curtain has been replaced. No longer an issue and I will be sure to put that on my check off list. Thank you for the feedback!

The RV was well equipped and very comfortable for our family of four! We enjoyed the attention to details—the ground mat, camp chairs, and extra table. Inga was very friendly and a good communicator. We enjoyed our trip very much and would rent this RV again!
