Darrin responded promptly to our pre-renting inquires . For our family of 5 (kid's ages, 9, 12 and 13), this was our first time renting an RV. We drove from San Francisco to pick it up and conveniently Darrin allowed us to park our car at his property while renting his RV.
Darrin was quick to respond to all our inquiries and was very helpful. Pick up and drop off was a breeze, and location was very convenient to the airport. We enjoyed our roadtrip!
Communication was great, this was my 2nd rental ever, and for this rental we flew into town. But…
- furniture was very worn and dirty
- we bought new sheets and towels for us
- light fixtures flickered
- radio didn’t work or connect to phone
- very limited cooking supplies
- windshield washer fluid empty
Again, Darrin was very nice, it just wasn’t what we expected.
there's always a Karen in every crowd don't think I could ever please you Karen there is nothing wrong with this RV look at all my reviews. You did not have to go out and buy linens. They were all clean and their sufficient silverware pots and pans this is called camping not the Hilton, but thanks for the poor review. You can never please a Karen.
