Wonderful experience. Great value. Excellent communication. David took the time to show me around his RV. Showed me tips and was very flexible with pick up and drop off. Had to reach out to him for a couple of reminders and he was very prompt. My wife even loved the entire experience. I would definitely rent from David again!
This was our first time renting/driving an RV and it was so great! David was easy to communicate with and helped with everything I didn’t know how to do. We didn’t have hook ups at the campground but David had ideas about work arounds and it went easier than I thought. I would definitely go again with Big Sandy.
David made everything easy Took his time to inform me how to use and drive the RV I left the lights on by accident and David was easy to get in touch with and he told me exactly what to do The RV was easy to drive and everything went well thank you David I gave him five stars on everything I would rent the RV from him again and I’m telling everybody he’s a good man he’s the one that you will want

Big Sandy is the perfect motor home for a cross country/state trip or perhaps a tailgate at a sporting event. The owner David has everything on board for an event ready getaway. As new RVer's, we had multiple questions that David answered prior to departure and he was always available via text or call to provide further guidance. Enjoy the journey in Big Sandy
I turned in the RV cleaner that I received it. The black tank was also full, so I had to dispose of the first day. David stated that the sensor for the black tank sometimes is in and out but assured me that the RV had been emptied. The automatic stairs also did not work. I had to use a strap to pull them up as I closed the door.
