nikki was the best. she was thorough with the RV, which we named lil' kim, walkthrough. she was also kind, funny, and made picking up the RV a breeze. i would rent from her again, for sure.
The RV is well used. It was great on our trip. We all liked it. There was a small maintenance issue and the owner promptly worked with us to fix. The owner had great communication and was very fair. Easy to drive and no issues on the road. We would rent again
Thank you for the great review! I had the mechanic here the next day and found that I instructed you incorrectly when it came to the AC unit. I told you to put thermostat in the ON position and it should have been in the AUTO position.
Nikki went out of her way to ensure that our group had all the amenities possible to have the best trip. All the included exterior supplies are what made the difference in our trip. She is very responsive as well. We had one minor electrical glitch and she offered to drive to where ever we were with a mechanic. I kindly passed because it was completely unnecessary.

This RV came with everything you could need! The RV was easy to drive and everything worked as expected. The pickup and dropoff process was really easy and made for a great weekend taking the kids camping!
Well kept RV that I had no mechanical problems with during my 2k mile journey to Utah. All the heating/air conditioning, hot water heater, and appliances function just fine. Engine / transmission operated without problems. I would rent again from Nikki.
Hunk of junk needs a lot of maintenance!
This review comes from a renter that not only has no idea how to drive/camp also has a pending insurance accident against her with my RV and refuses to tell me where it happened. I was not hired to teach u how to drive it or camp in it.
