The van can be parked on our property in Waianae or in a surface lot in Waikiki (for extra charge -- the lot is not free, but the charge is far less than you'd pay daily.) Note that the Waikiki lot does not allow overnight sleeping in vehicles. However, this is perfect for having spot to park in Waikiki. especially if you are using the van as a daily driver when you already have a hotel

Great experience! Collin was very helpful. He responded promptly to every message and went above and beyond to try to accommodate our needs. He also took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked in the van.
The van worked great the entire time we had it. It was comfortable and very well equipped.
Engine Light was on, Air Bag Light was on! He talked me into taking it and when I got to our destination other lights were coming, headlight would not turn off. Water was gushing out of the side of the van when I tried to take a shower. Returned immediately (24 hours). He refused to refund, and called me an idiot.
It's rare to meet someone who lies so much while trying to scam you into a free rental, but this guy is it. He took the van with no complaint, drove all over Oahu for 2 1/2 days, then started making all sorts of false complaints, almost all of which were his own failure to use the van as instructed or were simply fabricated.
