This was our first RV rental and we went big. Picked up the RV from the owner, Luke, he gave us a walk thru and explained how the camper worked, from driving to parking the RV at our campsites. The RV was equipped with everything that you would expect a vacation rental would have, bedding, towels, cookware, utensils and dish ware.
Luke is very easy to work with. This is the first time we travelled with an RV. Luke gave us a comprehensive overview upon picking up. The RV is clean, powerful, and convenient. She received lots of compliments from other campers.
Luke was easy to work with and provided us with an honest experience. We had a fabulous rv experience in the wild Wild West and would do it all again!
Luke was extremely nice to work with and answered all of our questions. We even had a couple questions while on our trip and Luke was very responsive. The RV unit fit all of our needs with 2 adults and 4 kids. The bunkbeds are a huge plus when you have small kids. This unit handled extremely well on the Hiway.
I believe Peggy Marie is a bit tired.
The door stair comes out over and over again while the vehicle is in motion. It did this throughout the entire trip and was very concerning every single time. The leveler thing beeps after you start driving and you must press retract all to make it stop.
Hi Sarah. I'm sorry that you had an issue with the stairs and the bunk that smelled like pee from a prior renter. These are new issues that we have addressed . Yes, the leveling jacks at times do beep occasionally where you need to intervene, but the leveling jacks are new, safe and function as expected.
This is a great rig for the whole family! We took a 4yo, 2yo and 10 month old to Moab. There were some cold nights, and the heat worked great. The bunk beds were great - we used a rolled up blanket as a little bumper for the kids:)
