This unit is in excellent condition. We don't get to use it as much. Very easy to setup so you can start having fun right away. Fully equipped with; sheets, pillows, towels, disposable plates, utensils for cooking and eating, cookware, and a coffee maker.

We bought this camper brand new for our family to enjoy weekend trips. Our family really enjoys the time we have when we go camping together. There is so much to see and do versas staying in a boring hotel room. We are not able to use it as often as I would like which is why we rent it out.

This camper was easy to pull with a standard pickup. Very clean and appeared as in the listing. Convenient to to pick up off I 81 while traveling up through Virginia. Nice cooking supplies.

- No large dogs over 25 lbs are allowed. Definately no more than 2 animals.
In the country area of Blacksburg (McCoy) in our yard, with electric and water hookups. We are about 15 minutes from Virginia Tech. This is an option if local campgrounds aren’t available and you want a quiet place to stay.
Unit must come back reasonably clean, or $100 minimum cleaning fee may be applied.
All accessories, towels, etc must be returned with RV or Fees will be applied.
Black water tank must be emptied or $100 fee will apply.
