Joe and Kim were absolutely delightful hosts who sent videos in advance, accommodated my need for no chemical cleaners, greeted me and gave me a thorough tour of the van and a test drive so that I felt comfortable as a first time van driver. They were also readily available for several questions that I had during the trip.
Joe and Kim carefully prepared us to drive the van. They take excellent care of it and are incredibly responsive to our calls. It is an amazing vehicle and a pleasure to drive.
