Scott was wonderful. He made pick up and drop off very easy. Explained everything very well. Rv is well taken care of, exceptionally clean and we had a blast driving from Maryland to Greenville and back. Made our Thanksgiving with our daughter and her family really fun and nice. Highly recommend.
It's a great budget RV rental. Nothing top of the line but it served us quite well on our road trip to multiple state parks in NY! Process was easy to set up, clear communication, no complaints.
This was our first RV rental. It was clean and functional. Handled traffic just fine. It's an older RV but the all the ammenities worked perfectly. I am 6'2" and fit the bed fine with my wife. The 9 year old loved the over head sleeper as her own room. ANd the 3 year old slept on the convertible table. We drove from MD to VA to Kentucky to WV and back to MD.
Scot was very good at responding quickly to initial and continuing email questions and to phone and text inquiries. Pickup, training, trip to MI and back, and drop off all went well. All RV systems worked as expected and we would recommend using Scott and this RV again.
