2018 model. We have owned this for 3 years. Cute little RV that has a GVWR of 3500lbs. Can be pulled with most SUV's. Fully loaded! Queen size bed, refrigerator, 2 burner gas range, microwave with convection oven, sink, wet-bath, T.V., radio with Bluetooth, DVD, CD. Dinette that converts to a bed that is larger than a twin but a bit smaller than a full. I would call it a bed and a half!

I'm in the healthcare field and work as a traveler. I use my trailer to stay in while on assignment. When I'm not traveling, I rent the trailer out. I love the size of my trailer! It is just perfect for me and my husband. We have saved a lot of money on beach trips. I've never been an outdoors-y person but I do love glamping with all the comforts of home!

This was my 3rd year in a row I have rented this wonderful camper from Nicole. I could not ask for a better transaction! A great camper in excellent condition, it has everything you could need! Thanks again Nicole!
At 6' 6" wide (8' with wheels), rear visibility when towing was great with a midsize truck. The dome awning was a real plus (although watching the assembly video helps a lot)!
There were several problems:
1. Listed as very clean, but we did not find it that way. Had to wipe the counter and table top, brush off the mattress cover and clean up quite a few ants. It appeared as if it was not cleaned after the rental before us.
2. The owner offered to fill the water tank for us, but did not do so. She may have simply forgotten, but did not tell us.
This is a great little camper and Nicole is a wonderful host. Pickup was fast and easy. The trip was flawless. The camper was super easy to pull and was in great shape. Will rent again - thank you!
Great experience! Our first attempt at camping in a trailer. We loved it! The whole experience was great. Nicole was helpful and was available for any questions that we had. Trailer is cozy and met all our general needs. Pickup and delivery was a breeze. If the opportunity arises again we will definitely rent again.
