A collision damage waiver is made available with a deductible of $1500. We are insured through commercial RV renter insurance. However our insurance does not cover the renter for liability to third parties. So you must make sure that your auto policy extends liability coverage to the towing of the RV (most do). With respect to coverage for damage to the RV, to avoid a damage waiver charge, you should obtain an RV binder (usually at no charge) from your auto insurance company. The following carriers are known to offer RV binders: State Farm, Farmers, AAA, USAA, 21st Century, AllState, Wawanesa. You may also avoid damage waiver charges by having us deliver and pickup the RV if the RV will be kept in one location during your stay.
You must return the RV to our rental location or other location we specify, on the date and time specified in the Agreement to be signed prior to your departure (normally 3 p.m. departure/10 a.m. return unless otherwise agreed), and in the same condition that you received it. The RV must be returned clean inside and out, with grey and black water tanks emptied. If the RV is not returned clean inside and out, a $50 per hour cleaning fee (minimum $50) will be charged. If a cleaning charge has been added to your rental, general cleaning will be provided on your return, but if extraordinary cleaning or stain removal is required, additional charges may be incurred. A $25 dumping fee will be charged if the grey water and/or black water tanks are not empty on return unless you pre-pay for the dumping option. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must obtain written approval from us before the due‐in date. Renter must pick up & drop off the rental vehicle him or herself. Unless otherwise agreed, no towing is allowed with the RV.
You must obtain an insurance binder from your insurance company to avoid additional damage waiver charges. If you are unable to obtain an insurance binder from your insurance company, you can choose to pay for a collision damage waiver at $10 per night that covers collision damage to the RV with a $1,500 deductible. The damage waiver does not waive other damages that might be incurred such as theft or loss of use.
Pets are allowed with prior approval. A non-refundable fee of $50 is required if bringing pet(s).
RV is offered and rented through Justice Video Productions, LLC d/b/a Copper Penny Films, with which company you will sign a rental agreement prior to departure.
