This RV needs a lot of TLC!!!
Unfortunately no WiFi as indicated in the description and much more that was not available. In addition, the RV does not use gas but gasoline. The bed was full of old moisture stains, not very healthy to sleep on. The sofa bed is falling apart and it is actually impossible to sleep on it anymore. We spent several days getting the electricity working.
First time RVer refused to contact me on issues until the last three days of their three week trip. Could have walked them thru resetting ANY system. Literally no complaints at all. I didn’t even know about any of these issues until reading this review.
The RV definitely needs to be serviced. You are unable to use the air conditioner during extremely hot conditions. It dripped water onto the master bed , requiring us to sleep on a sleeping bag due to the mattress was soaking wet. The front ac continued to drip water onto the floors. The RV was hot and muggy during the entire trip. Alex stated the AC should not go under 75 degrees.
Sigh… told renter how to use the RV and that the RV must be level to use air conditioning. Parked on a campsite that went beyond the capabilities of the leveling system and still expected the air conditioning condensate to run in to the inside. Laws of physics and gravity do still apply even when on vacation.
We had a great time and Alex was wonderful to rent from. He gave a great overview of all the features of the RV before we set out, and was always available via text/phone to help us with questions while we were on our trip. We will definitely rent from him again.
Alex was really on top of things. I had plenty of questions and he was very available to help as needed. Comfortable space and everything went well.
Alex’s motorhome was comfortable and well maintained. It had many features that made a first time RVer (that was me) feel like a pro in no time at all. Alex was available at all times of day or night to answer questions or explain how to use a system. My family has a great time. I’d highly recommend renting this motorhome.
I really enjoyed this RV. A family of 5 fit in this RV just fine. everything worked. The fridge is very large compared to other RV's. Driving this RV was not difficult, set up was very easy. You could get into this RV with just your bags and be ready to camp as you are provided with everything you need. The satellite dish was a huge plus.
