If the travel trailer is returned and is not in a reasonably clean condition an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. Reasonably clean means trash is picked up; table, counter tops, stove, and microwave are wiped off; dishes are washed and put away; it towels and lines were provided by the owner the beds are stripped and all dirty towels and linens are in the are in bathtub.
You may bring your own towels and bed linens or we can provide them for you at an additional fee of $50.
A basic set of pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and eating utensils are provided as well as dish towels and dish clothes.. We suggest you bring paper plates and cups to use as these will not be provided. It would also be a good idea to bring ice, drinking water, plastic wrap or plastic storage containers, aluminum foil, toilet paper suitable for use in an rv (may be purchased at Wal Mart), paper towels, trash bags, condiments, bath soap, hand soap, dish soap, a plastic table cloth for using outside, lawn chairs. There is a folding table stored underneath the camper that can be set up outside. You will also want to bring charcoal and lighter fluid for cooking outside (we always use the campsites outdoor grill but you may also bring your own grill). There are also utensils for roasting marshmellows and hotdogs stored underneath the camper.
Delivery: If you want us to deliver the camper to your campsite it will be $50 if the campsite is 30 miles away, one way. If it is farther than 30 miles we will need to decide the fee based on how far away it is.
Waste water and sewage tanks must be emptied before returning the travel trailer. If these are not emptied there will be an additional fee of $75
Pets are allowed but must be kept in a cage when inside the camper.
