This was a horrible experience, both because of the cramped bottom-of-the-line, loud and creaky RV and its owner. The owner harassed us with threatening and angry e-messages and told us on the first day of our vacation that he was keeping our deposit even before he’d assessed any possible damage. This was very difficult for us and nearly ruined our vacation.

You took my RV to burning man and you knew you were not supposed to.
You were rightfully fined for taking my RV off road to a corrosive environment for an entire week.

This was my first RV trip, and I had so many questions about the RV, and Mike made me feel so comfortable and spent extra time to make sure I understood everything about the RV.

Had a great 10-days trip down the coast to San Diego. Everything worked perfect from start to finish.
We had a great rental experience with Thor! :) Mike did a very thorough job preparing us for the trip, with lots of advice, tips/tricks, and letting us know where everything we needed was before the trip and how it worked. We loved renting the bike rack/bike that he provided, and everything was in working order and was easy and enjoyable to use.
The Thor slept five (5) of us comfortably, everything worked, lots of power for climbing hills through the Siskiyou's. Mike was thorough about all of the workings of the RV. At this writing I have not yet returned it but will in 12 hours. Excellent first time experience with renting. I will do it again.
