We rented this for a family reunion at a local Tucson KOA. It was delivered and set up before we got there. Although we had a few hiccups, Enrique was just a phone call and/or a short drive away.
Enrique went above and beyond to accommodate my family, giving us a truly great experience. He gave us a tour of the RV and explained how to use each item and made sure we felt comfortable before he left us to enjoy our holiday. He was on time with the delivery and pick up, and remained in contact with us during the trip incase we had any questions. Thank you Enrique!
