What originally began as a great experience has turned out to be a headache. We picked up the trailer with one tire below 30 PSI. We were able to fill the tire and it held air so it must have had a slow leak and was not tested before we left. We also were not given a weight distributing hitch which is a safety hazard.
Amanda damaged and trashed the RV, costing her thousands. The insurance that she purchased had a max payout clause and she had to pay the remaining balance on her own. She tried everything she could to weasel out of paying, to no avail. She disputed the claim with her credit card, RVshare and the insurance company she bought a policy with.
Mike made everything super easy! I couldn’t have been happier, I knew everything I needed to about the trailer to make our trip great!
Super easy process. Great communication throughout, even after pick up. Mike McDaniel, my host, was very thorough during orientation. Camper was clean, and all amenities worked as they were supposed to. I will be a returning customer.

The Innsbruck travel trailer was new, very clean and in good shape. It pulled very nicely and was easy to maneuver, considering the overall length. Mike was very good with the orientation at time of pick up.
