Unfortunately - my RV rental did not go at all as planned. The campground I had booked changed the campsite I had reserved to a much smaller one which would not have fit the RV.
We really enjoyed this RV and Sovan was amazing to work with. We had Sovan drop off and pick up the RV for us. Upon arrival at the destination, Sovan discovered before we did that my early registration for our RV spot had not gone through!

Rental experience was easy. At the last minute I needed to pick up the RV earlier than 4pm and Sovan was extremely flexible and met us early to process the rental to allow our family to make it to a wedding and spend time with our friends. Very detailed demo of how to use all the features. The RV was clean and simple to use. Would recommend renting this RV. It slept 6 comfortably.

When you pick up, you need to check and write down everything you see. We didn't use this trailer's refrigerator, TV, stove and bathroom, didn't use any devices at all but got a Damages and Missing Items report stating "Damaged fridge power button". The owner seemed to know where to look exactly when we dropped off. I told him we didn't use any devices but only the bed.
This is unbelievable! Owner know where to look. FYI upon drop off didn’t notice damage or mention until after you left so you stating owner know where to look is a lie. It is you who is not honest!
Great camper that worked perfectly for our family of 6! Easy to set up and very clean. Owner was very accommodating with pick up and drop off time which helped make us have the most time on our short trip!
