Her double slide out living room feels extra roomy, with a comfortable couch, large flat screen TV, built in Bluetooth/DVD (3 zone) sound system, and cozy dining table. The kitchen skylight (with closeable shade) is light & airy. A double bowl undermount sink with Corian countertop & expandable bar top makes food prep easy.

We have 1.5 acres (5 minutes from Wenatchee) with a creek running through. There are hammocks under the cottonwood trees and benches by the water. A picnic bench by the creek and a fire pit with string lights above create a beautiful ambiance. During the winter, it's only 14 minutes (with good road conditions) to Mission Ridge Ski area. A full hookup provides ample power, water, and sewer.

Rental Rules
- No pets

- No cooking fish inside (there is a pre-plumbed outside BBQ)
- Renters may not transfer possession and must be the individual staying (sleeping) in the RV for the duration of the rental term. This may result in termination of the rental and/or loss of deposit.
- Renter is responsible for any damages due to "user error", neglect, or improper use of equipment. Renter is responsible to pay for any damage greater than security deposit.
- No smoking (of any kind, including vape) and no drugs in the RV. This will result in loss of security deposit and additional cleaning fees.

The nearly new generator runs off propane or gas. Electric start 3600-watt generator that will run A/C etc. You can supply your own propane bottle, or rent from me. The generator must be full of fuel upon return or pay a fuel charge of $6 per gallon (rounded up on partial gallon)...

Unit is spacious, bare bones, no coffee maker. We unplugged the power strip from the kitchen counter so we could make sandwiches and the plug fell out. I told the owner what had happened, he charged me $190 for labor and $25 for the outlet cover. I have never had this happen in 10 years of renting. Exercise caution before renting this trailer.
My trailer rental experience with Eric was a delight from beginning to end. I was camping with my large family (32 of us), and everyone who visited me at the trailer commented on how clean, spacious, and well stocked it is. It has a great kitchen layout, a comfortable bed, and roomy shower compartment. I would recommend Eric and Arabella to anyone looking for an outstanding trailer to rent.
Owner was very responsive and helpful to learn details of our trip and needs.
