The RV was spotless for our rental. The Owner ensured we knew exactly how operate every feature. Communication was extremely prompt and we enjoyed our experience with the RV tremendously. Could not be more satisfied with our experience. The amenities were easy to use with the temperature control, restroom and kitchen functionally really well. Satellite TV was an added bonus.
This RV was perfect for our weekend tailgate party. It came exactly as advertised and had all the features we were looking for - refrigerator, oven/stove, bathroom, in-motion satellite TV, A/C, and outdoor speakers. It was clean inside and out. As a first-time renter, I had lots of questions and the owner was responsive and helpful prior to booking.
We had problems from the start with your RV to the point that we wanted to return it 2 hours into the trip. The air conditioner and the generator had problems the entire trip. We had to alter our plans several times because of your RV and also to meet your needs so that you could rent it out again.
The AC was always working, no problems. A problem with the generator developed after the renter left and we found the part and a shop to repair. The charges were credited against amounts owed by the renter. The RV was brought back dirty with stains and damage (that we later found). The renter agreed to an extra day of rental and we charged for that since it was not paid--it was not a late fee.
Vince was great!!! Went above and beyond to make our experience perfect.
Very clean and tidy, and Vincent took time to explain everything about the RV to us. Everything on the RV is in good working order. Plan to rent this one again!
