The trailer had a smell when we arrived. Had to get air fresher to get it to a point where we could stay in it. The bed matrasses are all worn and not comfortable. Had to get bed toppers. No awning on the trailer as it had being ripped off somewhere along the way. The radio never worked. Ad says it sleeps 10 but there is only 4 plates and two coffee cups.
We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. Mattresses were replaced at the beginning of the year. Description of unit specifically states there is no awning. Radio did work, but was unplugged. More plates were in another cupboard. Etc.
The experience with Joel was excellency. Delivered in time and delivered what was promised.
Joel was very responsive when communicating and was friendly. Camper was there and set up when we arrived and pick was quick and smooth. Would rent from Joel again!

Great trailer with everything you need for a great week of camping. Love the layout so the adults have their own room and 4 kids can sleep in the back.
