Owen provides an excellent experience especially since we were first timers. He provided YouTube how to videos and responded to texts at all hours. Very flexible and easy to work with.
Could not be more perfect! My husband and I are thinking of buying an Airstream but wanted to try one out first. We'd been reading up but had no practical experience: not only with the trailer itself but hitching up, etc. Owen made it super easy, and is incredibly patient, ready to answer any questions that came up during the trip. He also helped with suggestions for camp sites.
We loved The Nutshell. Owen was extremely accommodating for pickup, drop off and any questions we had throughout the week. The Airstream was super clean and towed well. This camper draws a lot of attention when you pull into campgrounds. Other campers always wanted to check it out and ask questions. My family and I (2 adults & 2 young kids) had plenty of room and slept comfortably.
