This was an exceptional experience... John was as helpful as he could be, the vehicle met all our expectations, and the manner in which this rental was handled was about as good as we could hope for during a particularly complex week in which any complications would have been difficult to deal with. I shy away from giving rave reviews, but this was truthfully deserving of such accolades.
John was not very timely in his responses after we booked, and then canceled with less than 24 hours notice without giving any reason. Now my family of 5 has no camper for our holiday weekend.
This was cancelled because of COVID-19 concern and a local outbreak that affected the health of my family and the renter's family. This reason was chosen on RVShare. Really disappointing this review can happen considering the time we are in.
RV was spacious and well stocked. John was a breeze to work with. Great trip!

John, is easy to work with and flexible with pickup and drop off times. Unit was as described. I had even damaged the handle by the stairs when towing (left it out by accident) and John was gracious and understanding about it.
