I had a great experience with this RV. Everything was as advertised and the RV was incredibly clean. Working with Rita was very easy. She was great at communicating, and very patient with me when I had questions.
Could not recommend this RV enough.
Do a thorough walk through. I got my damage deposit taken and have an insurance claim I have to deal with because the awning broke on us (I should not have opened it as I saw it was half broke before I untied the strap). We only used it one time on day 6 of our trip and it finished breaking retracting on our last day. Thanks goodness I had straps to stabilize it and get it home in one piece.
