Does it by the book, which protects everyone. If I had a question while traveling, Steve responded almost immediately. Unit was stocked with cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, towels, bedding, DVDs, etc, so we didn't have to bring all that. Good unit, responsive owner.
Steve was very well prepared when I picked up his camper, it was fully detailed and looked better than the pictures. As a first tine motor home user I found his walk thru on the motor home very informative and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering renting
