This is an Ultra Lite Trailer with a GVRW of 7,600 pounds. It can easily be pulled with a 1/2 ton pickup or SUV with a V8 engine. Generator is optional, and 4 hours per night are included with that optional $15.00 per night fee.

RV was brought to be 2/3 Black Tank Full, I took Owners word for it was empty and signed the document that it was empty, yet it was truly not, only to have him charge me for it. I would recommend not renting from this owner, It's your choice. If you do, make sure you document everything in detail, don't take his word for it.
Very easy to work with - very knowledgeable about his setup. Would for sure rent again from Robert!

Very slow to no communication. Gave us stuff that half worked and then charged us full price on repairs.
An inexperienced renter who forgot to latch the door on the outdoor kitchen. The door locks were damaged and the Coleman grill fell out along the highway. When he returned he said, "I owe you a grill." Look at our other reviews, and then conclude who is being truthful. We charged this renter for the cost of a replacement grill and to repair the door. We purchased the grill on Amazon.
