It is very old to many things broke for us. It smelled bad and musty the enclosure that is shown in the photo was rolled up wet, it was extremely difficult to figure out how to set it up. We ended up not using it. The hooks for the beds were broken so there were gaps around the bed. The tires on the camper are old and blew when we were driving. The roadside assistance took over two hours.
The popup is up and open when renters arrive. It's inspected by the renter and we review before I break it down. This is one of the reasons that I leave it up before renters arrive. I took the popup down quickly to show how fast that process is. It takes me about 10 minutes.
This was my first experience with a private rental and I was not familiar with the process. The owner was easy and pleasant to work with and didn't sweat the details.
There are about 10 tie lines under each extended bed. A few of them were broken and I do need to find replacement bungee lines for them. I appreciate your note.
Renter Curtis was very helpful and attentive to all our questions and requests. The RV as stated by renter has some wear and tear that are minor cosmetic fixes but otherwise it was very comfortable, clean and offered space for storage and areas to entertain my family. We would definitely rent it again given the opportunity.
Pop up is in good condition. We slept 5 adults for a long weekend, lots of space. During our camping we had a couple of rain storms the pop up was dry and a great place to get out of the rain. The large king beds provided plenty of space for two adults to sleep comfortably.
