Rehoboth Beach sits along the Atlantic Ocean in eastern Delaware. The area has a long history, beginning with providing seafood to Native Americans. Todd started the Rehoboth Camp Meeting Association. This association was the start of modern-day Rehoboth Beach. The town's design today is similar to the plan first laid out in the 1880s.
