While the Enfield Falls Swimming Hole Trail remains open year-round, the others close when icy conditions appear. The stream-fed swimming hole is one of the principal attractions of the park during the hot summer months.

Robert H. Treman State Park

The park is easy to find in Ithaca by following the signs that appear everywhere in the city.

To get to Robert H. Treman State Park from New York City, take Interstate 280 West for 14 miles until it merges with Interstate 80 W. Travel I-80 W for 64 miles. Watch for the ramp toward Interstate 380 North and turn right toward Scranton. Travel I-380 N for 39 miles until you reach the exit toward Interstate 81 North and follow the signs to Ithaca.

To get to Robert H. Treman from Albany, NY, take Interstate 90 West for 13 miles to Exit 25A toward Interstate 80 West and Schenectady. Drive I-80 W for 114 miles straight into Ithaca.
