The Manchester State Park covers 111 acres and boasts a shoreline that spans 3,400 feet. The park was first constructed as a U.S. artillery defense post for the protection of Bremerton. Manchester State Park is precisely 5.4 miles from Port Orchard. From there, you can drive north to Sidney Avenue. Take a right turn onto Bay Street and then another right after the KFC. Continue going straight on Beach Drive. Take a right onto E Hillsdale Road and keep going that direction. You will find the park at the end of the road.
Entering Manchester State Park
Manchester State Park is open daily from 8 a.m. to dusk. A Discover Pass is required for day-use activities.
