Utah Lake State Park is located on Utah Lake, the largest freshwater lake in the Western U.S. Visitors to Utah Lake can enjoy a number of recreational activities in the park, such as fishing, boating, and swimming. A popular feature of this state park is its proximity to the city of Provo, the Provo Canyon, and the Provo River, which feeds the lake. Utah Lake State Park is located west of Provo, Utah. From Salt Lake City, travel 48 miles south on I-15. Take Exit 265 and turn right. Follow the signs for 3 miles until you reach Utah Lake State Park.
