Located 2 miles northeast of downtown Huntington and 12 miles from Castle Dale, Huntington State Park is a warm-water reservoir that outdoor enthusiasts tend to love. The town of Price is about 20 miles from the state park, making it convenient for shopping, entertaining, dining, and so much more. Many migratory birds, specifically the waterfowl, are commonly sighted in this area. Anglers enjoy catching bluegill, largemouth bass, and other warm-water fish. When you visit, you'll surely appreciate how most of the seasons have mild temperatures, although you'll definitely want to pack warm for the winters.

Castle Gate RV Park
Nestled along the Price River is Castle Gate RV Park with 13 acres to explore. They have back-in sites that can handle RVs up to 60 feet long. The pull-through sites can house larger RVs up to 100 feet long. They're located just a few blocks from restaurants, a bowling alley, art galleries, grocery stores, museums, and so much more. There's also a playground for children with a sprinkler to cool them down on hot summer days.

Huntington State Park
Huntington State Park is located 2 miles northeast of the town of Huntington on Highway 10. Head northeast on Highway 10 toward the Green River Cutoff Road, turn left onto Mohrland Road, and follow it to your destination.

Huntington State Park operates from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the summer and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the winter.

Huntington State Park has 25 campsites open to both tents and RVs. All sites feature electrical and water hookups. This campground also has several day-use picnic areas and a dump station.
Reservations aren't required, but they are strongly recommended. There are a limited number of campsites here, and only three have full hookups. The reservation fee is an additional $8 on top of the site fee.
You are welcome to bring your pets to Huntington State Park when you visit. They must be leashed at all times and never left unattended. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings or on developed beaches.
