It’s perfect for RVs, with 92 sites that offer full hookups; 23 of these spots offer pull-through access, so you can get situated easily in a big rig. If those are full, reserve one of the 58 sites that come with electricity and water. The campground’s hot showers and flush toilets are open year-round, and the dump station helps you get ready to get back on the road. Most sites are located under the trees, and each one comes with a picnic table and fire ring. Rates start at $33 per night.

Bridgeview RV Resort
Located just 4 miles west of Valley of the Rogue State Park, Bridgeview RV Resort allows easy access when the park campground is full. This campground is situated on the banks of the Rogue River, making it easy to access from I-5. With a quick walk from your campsite, you’ll find 400 feet of shoreline that’s open for swimming and fishing. Each site comes with full hookups, Wi-Fi, and cable TV, so there’s always something to keep you busy in the evenings. Bigger groups love the super-clean bathrooms, hot showers, and laundry facilities. If you have a big rig, be sure to ask about a pull-through site. Nightly rates start at $49 for a riverfront site and $39 for an inland spot; there are discounts for AAA members, veterans, AARP members, and weekly stays.

Inside Valley of the Rogue State Park
Valley of the Rogue State Park is made for relaxation—spend long, leisurely days fishing from the 3-mile shoreline, picnicking in the day-use area, or exploring the 1.25-mile River’s Edge Trail. Bring your kayak or motorboat and access the river from the park’s boat launch. If you have little ones, check out the park calendar and join one of the excellent ranger programs. Within the park, you’ll also find a sand volleyball court and horseshoe pits. If you're bringing bikes, hop on the paved Rogue River Greenway Trail, which runs for more than 3 miles along the water to the city of Rogue River.

Valley of the Rogue State Park
Valley of the Rogue State Park is easy to reach from Northern California or anywhere in Oregon; it’s located immediately south of I-5. If you’re coming from the southwestern part of the state, take Highway 199 to Grants Pass, and take I-5 east.
