Hawn State Park RV & Campground Guide
Bird-watchers, geology buffs, and nature lovers in general are drawn to Hawn State Park. The park began with 1,400 acres that Helen Coffer Hawn willed to the state of Missouri. Considered a jewel in the Missouri park system, Hawn State Park has grown to over 4,900 acres with 16 miles of hiking trails. It's located between Sainte Genevieve, Missouri's oldest town, and Farmington. The weather in the Ozarks stays relatively moderate year-round, so it is a great escape from the 100-degree summer days and icy winter nights in Missouri and the surrounding states.
