Ferne Clyffe State Park

is nestled in the majestic Shawnee Hills in southern Illinois. Ferne Clyffe is located less than two miles from downtown Goreville and about 12 miles southeast of Vienna. The 53-acre park is a beautiful mix of geological features and uncommon plant communities, and each brings its own beauty every season. When visiting, you'll have a chance to enjoy the mild temperatures throughout the better part of the year.
